We want you to love your Corkcicle products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid UPS shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your unused products in the original box and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
